Overland Conveyor Software Return Policy:

Overland Conveyor takes customer satisfaction very seriously.  We highly recommend that all customers interested in purchasing our software first try a free 30-day, full featured demo of the software before they decide to purchase so they may determine that the application suits the customer's needs.  If you are having difficulty finding the demo program of the product that you are interested in purchasing, please contact us at Support@overlandconveyor.com and we would be happy to provide you with the product, or in some instances, set up a guided web-conference to demonstrate the software.    Once the product is purchased, and a stand-alone license, Serial Number, or USBKey has been issued, we do not provide refunds on software purchases.  It is up to the client to install and run the demo program to make sure that it suits their needs and provides the promised functionality.  If after you purchase the software you run into problems with errors, or other faults of the program, a member of our support team will work directly with the customer to solve the issue.  If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us.
